Check a result that is processing or unavailable

Understand the waiting screen, Check again button, and unavailable-result message.

On this page

A processing screen means your result is not ready to display yet. An unavailable message needs a different next step: contact the event organizer.

Steps

  1. Keep your result link or email so you can return to the same submission.

  2. While the page says it is processing, leave it open with an internet connection. The result page checks for updates automatically.

  3. If Check again appears, select it to check the same result again. You do not need to take another photo just to check its status.

  4. If the page says the photos or gallery are unavailable, contact the event organizer. Include the event name, date, and email address you used.

  5. If processing continues without a result, ask event staff for help or email ops@thesnapbar.com with those details and the message shown on screen.

What to know

  • Processing time varies with the experience and current service conditions. The waiting screen does not guarantee a completion time.
  • Unavailable content may have been removed by the organizer, or the result link may no longer be available. Reloading cannot restore removed content.
  • The end of an event and the availability of an existing result are separate. Try your original result link even if the booth is no longer accepting new photos.

Tips

  • Avoid repeatedly submitting new photos to troubleshoot an existing result.
  • Share your result link privately with support if requested; it can provide access to your result.
