The display Share dialog provides a direct URL, embed code, and QR code. Use the option that matches how guests, staff, or a website will open the display.

Steps

  1. 1Open the Displays tab for the experience.
  2. 2Select Share on the display card.

  3. 3Use Link for direct viewing in a browser or on a screen.
  4. 4Use Embed when adding the display to a website.
  5. 5Use QR Code when attendees should scan into the display from signage.
  6. 6Open the shared destination in a new tab and confirm the display loads.

What to know

  • Display links are different from booth capture links. A display shows content; it does not collect a new guest submission. This is true for Gallery, Slideshow, and Live Mosaic displays.
  • If the display is password protected, confirm the event staff has the current password before launch.
  • Embedding is best for owned websites and recap pages. Direct links are usually better for venue screens and Live Mosaic walls because they remove the extra website layer.

Tips

  • For venue screens, open the display link directly instead of relying on a dashboard session.
  • If embedding, test the final website page, not only the copied iframe code.
