Create and manage displays
Build gallery, slideshow, and available Live Mosaic displays for screens, embeds, and post-event viewing.
Displays
Written forEvent producersDisplays are public screens and pages that show content from an experience. They are a great way to bring the event to life! Manage them from the Displays tab, where you control appearance, moderation, access, sharing, and event-screen behavior.
Steps
- 1Open the experience and choose Displays.
- 2Start from the default displays: a new experience already includes an active Gallery and an active Slideshow.

New experiences start with a Gallery and a Slideshow display, both active. Each card has Edit, Open, and Share actions. - 3Use Create Display when the event needs an additional gallery or slideshow. If your event includes a Live Mosaic, Snapbar adds that display for you and it appears here alongside the others.
- 4Edit display layout, background color, content behavior, and access options.
- 5For Live Mosaic, follow Create and configure a Live Mosaic display, which walks through the source image and grid setup.
- 6Use Open to preview the display and Share to copy the link, embed code, or QR code.
- 7Enable or disable displays as needed during event setup.
What to know
- Displays are separate from the booth.A guest can complete the booth while a separate monitor, tablet, or web page shows approved event content.
- Control access per display.A display can be password protected or disabled when it should not be publicly available.
- Each display type has a different job.Gallery displays focus on browsing, downloads, sharing, sort order, columns, gap, and item count. Slideshow displays focus on full-screen playback, loop behavior, and rotation speed. Live Mosaic displays turn approved submissions into a photo-tile wall based on a source image.
- Live Mosaic displays are added by Snapbar.Clients do not create Live Mosaic displays themselves. If your event includes one, it appears on the Displays tab alongside your other displays and your team can edit it there. If you do not see one, ask Snapbar whether Live Mosaic is part of your event.
Tips
- Create a separate display for each use case, such as one slideshow for a venue screen and one gallery for a recap page.
- Preview the display on the real screen size before the event starts.
- For Live Mosaic, test with multiple submissions so the wall has enough tiles to evaluate.
