Share your booth link and create QR signage
Get the attendee link, download its QR code, and check your event signage before guests arrive.

Use Share inside your experience to get the public booth link and QR code. Publish and test the experience before sending the link to guests or printing signage.
Get the attendee link
Open the experience and select Share. Use the public booth link for guests, not the dashboard URL.
The Share Experience dialog provides the microsite URL plus Embed and QR Code options. Copy the direct link for staff devices, invitations, or digital signs. The booth link starts participation; a display link opens a gallery or screen.
Create your QR signage
Download the booth QR code from Share. If a sign should show results instead, use the Share action on the display card.
Place the code on your approved signage with a short instruction, such as “Scan to take your photo.” Keep strong contrast, clear space around the code, and a size that works from the scan distance.
Use the final approved destination. Do not reuse a QR code from another experience. Keep an editable copy of the sign for corrections.
Scan the final printed or displayed sign from a phone that is not signed into the dashboard. Confirm the booth is live and complete a test capture.
Show a QR code on a screen
Add /qr to the end of your public booth link to open the full-screen QR kiosk page. This lets guests join from their own phones.
For a website embed, follow the embed guide and test the final website. A direct booth link is usually simpler for the device at the event.
Tips
- Label booth and display links clearly in your event plan so staff send guests to the intended surface.
