The booth Share dialog provides the guest-facing URL, embed code, and QR code. Once the experience is tested, you are ready to share! Use those assets after publishing the current experience configuration.

Steps

  1. 1Open the experience.
  2. 2Use the Share action for the experience or booth microsite.

The Share Experience dialog provides the microsite URL plus Embed and QR Code options.
  3. 3Copy the direct link for staff devices or digital signage.
  4. 4Download the QR code for printed signs, tabletop cards, or check-in materials.
  5. 5Open the link in a private or guest browser session and complete a test submission.

What to know

  • The booth link is different from the dashboard URL. Attendees should only receive the public booth link or QR code.
  • The booth also has a built-in QR kiosk page: add /qr to the end of the booth link to show a full-screen scannable code on a secondary screen or tablet, so guests can join from their own phones.
  • Embed code can be useful for a campaign site, but the device running the microsite at the event usually works best with the direct link.

Tips

  • Do not print QR codes until the experience has been tested and the event team has approved the destination.
  • If multiple experiences are active, label QR assets with the experience name and date.
