Test the full guest flow

Run through capture, processing, delivery, sharing, displays, and reporting before launch.

Live Event Setup
Written forQA and event teams

A full test proves more than the booth page loading. This is the best confidence check before guests arrive! It should create a real submission, deliver the expected result, update displays, and produce usable data.

Steps

Run the test as a guest

  1. 1Open the booth link on the event device.
  2. 2Complete every required booth step as a guest.
  3. 3Wait for the result or processing state to finish.

Check the results and data

  • Confirm the output appears in Submissions.
  • Confirm lead data appears in Leads when capture is enabled.
  • Open the recipient gallery or delivery email if enabled.

Check the public screens

  • Open the display link and confirm the new submission appears when expected.
  • If the event uses Live Mosaic, confirm the mosaic display is enabled, has a source image and applied grid, and places the test photo.
  • Review Analytics after the test events are recorded.
  • Confirm event signage, embeds, and QR codes open the expected public surface.

What to know

  • Testing only the editor preview does not validate camera access, upload, processing, delivery, or display playback.
  • Live Mosaic testing should include both the booth submission and the display wall. See Test your Live Mosaic before event day for the full wall checklist.
  • If a step fails, note the device, browser, experience name, submission time, and guest email or phone used for the test.

Tips

  • Run at least one test from the same network guests will use.
  • Run another test after making last-minute copy, field, delivery, display, or advanced setup changes.
  • Keep the test record until the event team confirms booth, delivery, display, and reporting behavior.
