Clean up event data after your event
Use the Advanced tab to permanently remove guest data once the event is wrapped.

Written forAccount adminsWhen an event is fully wrapped and everything worth keeping is exported, the Advanced tab gives you three permanent cleanup options. Each one is final, so export first and read the confirmations carefully.
Steps
- 1Export anything you still need: lead CSVs, analytics reports, and submission media.
- 2Open the experience and choose Advanced.
- 3Use Clear Personal Data to remove guest information, like names, emails, and device details, while keeping the experience and its media.
- 4Use Delete Event Data to remove submissions and leads while keeping the experience setup for reference.
- 5Use Delete Experience to remove the experience and everything in it.
- 6Read each confirmation message carefully before confirming, because none of these actions can be undone.

What to know
- These controls exist for privacy commitments, like removing guest data after a corporate event, and for tidying test experiences.
- Hiding a submission is reversible and only affects public screens. The Advanced tab actions permanently remove data.
- If you only need one guest removed, delete their individual submission or lead instead of clearing the whole event.

- Agree on a cleanup date with your stakeholders before the event, so exports happen on time.
