Export leads
Download collected guest data for follow-up, reporting, or CRM import.
Results and Data
Written forMarketing teamsLeads contain the guest information collected during the booth flow. Export leads from the Leads tab after testing that the right fields are enabled.
Steps
- 1Open the experience and choose Leads.

The Leads tab shows collected guest data with search and export. - 2Review lead counts and field coverage.
- 3Search or filter if you only need a subset.
- 4Use export to download the CSV.
- 5Open the CSV and confirm field names and sample rows before importing into another system.
What to know
- Lead exports reflect the fields configured for the experience. If a field was not enabled or was optional, it may be blank for some guests.
- Answers guests give inside the booth export as well. Persona Quiz answers and AI Stories story variables each become their own column after the lead fields, titled with the question wording or the story variable name. Open a lead to preview the same answers under Captured Inputs. The preview shortens very long answers; a CSV keeps them up to the 32,000 characters a spreadsheet cell can hold, and anything longer ends with an ellipsis.
- If two captured inputs would produce the same column name, or one matches a lead field name, the export keeps them apart by adding the internal key in parentheses, such as `Favorite color (quiz_answers.favorite_color)`. Keep question wording distinct if a CRM import depends on the clean name. An export carries at most 200 captured-input columns, which is far above a normal quiz.
- Custom question labels make exports easier to use, so avoid generic labels such as Field 1 or Question 2.
- Lead CSVs are different from analytics report exports. Use Leads when another team needs row-level guest contact data, and use Analytics exports when stakeholders need event performance reporting.
Tips
- Do a test export before launch if a sponsor, sales team, or CRM owner depends on the data.
- Keep consent requirements aligned with how the exported data will be used.
- Confirm CSV column names before building a CRM import template around them.
- Recheck a saved CRM import mapping after editing quiz questions, because the exported column names follow the question wording.
