Read participation, lead, delivery, sharing, content, audience, and exportable report data.
Results and Data
Written forEvent and marketing leadsAnalytics summarize how the experience performed. Use them after testing and after the event to understand sessions, submissions, leads, delivery, sharing, engagement, and which report format stakeholders need.
Steps
Read the dashboard
- 1Open the experience and choose Analytics.

The Analytics tab summarizes participation, engagement, leads, and delivery. - 2Start with summary metrics to understand participation volume.
- 3Review engagement and content sections for captures, saves, shares, and recipient behavior.
- 4Use lead and audience sections to evaluate data capture quality.
- 5Check delivery metrics when email result delivery is enabled.
Export and share
- 1Use Export for a stakeholder PDF, a shareable live report link when enabled, or a scoped CSV.
- 2Choose the CSV scope that matches the request: all sections, leads, content, delivery, or share activity.
- 3Use the Leads tab when someone needs raw lead rows, and use Submissions when they need specific guest media or submission details.
What to know
- Analytics may update after events are processed, so very recent actions can take time to appear.
- The Export menu is best for reporting. Lead CSV exports are best for follow-up lists, CRM imports, and field-level guest data. Submission downloads are best for reviewing or collecting individual outputs.
- Some report options depend on your account settings or role. For example, shareable report links are not available on every account, and columns with personal guest details may only be visible to certain roles.
Tips
- Compare analytics with the expected event schedule. Spikes and gaps are easier to explain when you know booth staffing times.
- Before sending a final report, decide whether stakeholders need a polished PDF, a live dashboard link, a CSV, or raw lead/media exports.
