Collect the right guest information while keeping form fields clear and compliant.

Written forMarketing teamsLead capture is configured from the Microsite tab. Choose only the fields needed for follow-up, make required fields intentional, and pair collection with clear consent or disclaimer copy.
Steps
- 1Open the Microsite tab and select Data.

The Data section: page header copy, quick-add fields such as Email and Phone, and the form field list with required toggles. - 2Enable the fields you need, such as name, email, phone, company, or custom questions.
- 3Set required fields only when the event team needs that data for every submission.
- 4Review Disclaimer for consent language, privacy copy, and any event-specific requirements.

The Disclaimer section holds legal copy and the consent label guests must accept. - 5Run a test submission and confirm the data appears in Leads.
What to know
- Lead records are tied to submissions. If a guest skips optional fields, the submission can still exist without a complete lead profile.
- Custom field labels should be written for guests, because those labels also help dashboard users interpret lead exports later.
Tips
- Short forms usually convert better at busy events.
- Export a sample lead CSV before launch if another team will import the data into a CRM.
