Submissions are the main record of guest participation and generated output. Use this tab to review media, inspect details, moderate visibility, and troubleshoot individual results.

Steps

  1. 1Open the experience and choose Submissions.

    The Submissions tab lists guest captures and generated media for the experience.
  2. 2Use search, filters, or pagination to find the guest or output you need.
  3. 3Open a submission to view source media, generated media, answers, and metadata.
  4. 4Use Download on the selected media when you need an individual image or video file.
  5. 5Use moderation actions when content should be hidden from public screens and galleries.
  6. 6Check for missing or incomplete outputs against the submission time and guest information.

What to know

  • A submission can exist before all generated output is ready. Processing-heavy experiences may take longer than simple captures.
  • Submission details can include quiz answers, form values, media, and delivery-related context depending on the experience configuration.
  • Downloads from the submission detail view are for individual media items. Use Leads or Analytics for reporting exports, and use a Gallery display when the client needs a public browsing or download surface.

Tips

  • When reporting an issue, include the experience name, submission time, and any visible submission short ID.
  • Use test submissions with recognizable names so they are easy to remove or ignore later.
  • Before the event, agree with your stakeholders on what they will need afterward: media files, lead data, analytics, or a public gallery.
