Most advanced setup, like output styles, prompts, overlays, and quiz logic, is handled by Snapbar automatically during your launch review. Use a direct request for changes after launch, or for areas like billing and credits.

Steps

  1. 1Open the experience and confirm the change cannot be made from the visible tabs.
  2. 2Write down the experience name, event date, and dashboard URL.
  3. 3Describe the current behavior and the exact requested change.
  4. 4Attach approved copy, images, brand assets, quiz questions, or examples when relevant.
  5. 5Send the request to Snapbar support at [email protected].
  6. 6After the change is made, publish if needed and run a full guest-flow test.

What to know

  • You will not find every setting in your dashboard, and that is by design. The most sensitive pieces, like AI generation settings, billing, and credits, are locked so they cannot be changed by accident.
  • Specific requests get faster results. Describe what you want guests to see, not just the name of a setting.
