View your credits and request more
See your credit balance and history, and know how to request more when an event needs them.
Team and Billing
Written forTeam membersEach guest submission uses one credit, including your test submissions. You can always see the balance in the experience header, and account admins can open Credit History for the full record. Adding credits and billing changes are handled by Snapbar, so email [email protected] with your event details when you need more.
Steps
- 1Check the Credits used and Remaining counts in the experience header to see the current balance.
- 2If your role can open Billing, use View Credit History for the full record of purchased, spent, reserved, and available credits.
- 3When you need more credits, write down the experience name, event date, and expected guest volume.
- 4Note whether the event uses AI images, video, email delivery, or other high-volume features.
- 5Email the details to Snapbar at [email protected], then confirm the balance is sorted before publishing links or printing QR codes.

What to know
- Everyone on the team can see credit counts.Counts appear on the experience header and experience cards. The Billing page is read-only for client roles: adding credits and changing billing are done by Snapbar, not from the dashboard.
- Credit History has the full record.Account admins can open View Credit History from the Billing page for the full transaction list. If your role does not show that link, use the experience header counts or ask an admin on your team.
- Usage varies by experience.Credit usage can vary by experience type, output count, video generation, delivery settings, and event volume.
- Do not let the balance hit zero mid-event.If available credits reach zero during an event, guests can be prevented from starting or completing new submissions. Watch the Remaining count during high-volume events and contact Snapbar before the balance runs out.
Tips
- Resolve credit questions before event day for high-volume activations.
- Include screenshots when a warning or disabled action is visible.
