AI Photo Booth is best when guests capture a photo and receive a branded, stylized image. Start by confirming the desired output style, then configure the microsite, delivery, sharing, and display settings before selecting Request Launch.

Steps

  1. 1Open your AI Photo Booth experience, or create a new experience and choose AI Photo Booth. Snapbar usually sets up your first one during onboarding.
  2. 2Collect approved examples or references for the desired image style, plus any overlay, logo, background, and sponsor assets.
  3. 3Use the Microsite tab to configure the welcome screen, instructions, consent language, lead fields, and success message, and review any overlays added for your output.
  4. 4Use Delivery and Sharing to set the result email, recipient gallery, download options, and social copy.
  5. 5When setup is ready, select Request Launch. Snapbar will complete the launch and let you know when the booth is live.
  6. 6Once the booth is live, create at least one test submission using the same device and lighting guests will use, then review Submissions, Leads, Analytics, and Displays.

What to know

  • AI styles, prompts, overlays, and generation settings are added by Snapbar during your launch review. Have reference images and a description of the look you want ready when you select Request Launch.
  • Output quality depends on both the configured style and the guest photo. Give guests clear capture instructions and test with realistic lighting.
  • AI output can take longer than a simple digital capture. Confirm the event team understands the expected wait, delivery, and display timing.

Tips

  • Use recognizable test names so trial outputs are easy to find and remove later.
  • Keep style feedback specific: describe what should change in the final image, not only whether the image feels right.
  • Approve overlays and sponsor placement before launch review.
