Get started with Digital Photo Booth
Prepare a classic digital booth with branded backgrounds, frames, stickers, sponsor content, and sharing.
Experiences
Written forEvent producersDigital Photo Booth is a straightforward capture experience for branded photo outputs. Plan the booth artwork, guest instructions, sponsor treatment, delivery, and display surfaces before the event team shares the link or QR code.
Steps
- 1Open your Digital Photo Booth experience, or create a new experience and choose Digital Photo Booth. Snapbar usually sets up your first one during onboarding.
- 2Collect approved backgrounds, frames, stickers, sponsor graphics, logo files, colors, and booth copy.
- 3Use the Microsite tab to configure the General, Sponsor, Disclaimer, Data, and Success sections. Digital Photo Booth is the one type with a Sponsor section instead of Overlays.
- 4Use the Experience tab (shown for Digital Photo Booth only) to upload and manage the backgrounds, frames, and stickers guests can pick from.
- 5Use Delivery, Sharing, and Displays to confirm how guests and screens will show the final photo.
- 6Run a full test on the event device and review the output on the recipient gallery and display.

What to know
- Digital Photo Booth relies more on prepared creative assets than generated AI style. Asset sizes, transparent areas, and crop behavior should be tested on real devices.
- Digital Photo Booth gets an extra Experience tab in the Configuration section where you manage backgrounds, frames, and stickers yourself. Ask Snapbar if you need advanced placement beyond those controls.
- Because the guest result is easier to predict than AI output, this format is a good fit when the event needs fast throughput and tight brand control.
Tips
- Avoid putting important text too close to the edge of frames or backgrounds.
- Test camera permission, photo upload if enabled, and display behavior before printing signage.
- Keep one approved artwork folder so staff do not upload outdated files.
