Get started with Persona Quiz
Plan quiz questions, persona results, lead capture, and sharing for a guided outcome experience.
Experiences
Written forMarketing teamsPersona Quiz asks guests questions and matches them to a persona. Start by defining the personas and which answers lead to each one, then build the booth, data capture, delivery, and displays around that outcome.
Steps
- 1Open your Persona Quiz experience, or create a new experience and choose Persona Quiz. Snapbar usually sets up your first one during onboarding.
- 2Define the personas, result names, descriptions, and any image or video outputs tied to each persona.
- 3Draft the quiz questions, answer options, and which answer should map to each persona.
- 4Use the Microsite tab to configure welcome copy, data fields, consent, and success messaging.
- 5Persona mapping and quiz logic are built by Snapbar during your launch review, so have your questions, answers, and personas ready when you select Request Launch.
- 6Check every persona path in the editor draft preview before selecting Request Launch, then run real test submissions for each persona once the booth is live.

What to know
- Persona Quiz requires more content planning than a standard capture flow. The experience can feel unfinished if result names, answer options, or sharing copy are still placeholders.
- Use short, easy-to-answer questions for live events. Long quizzes reduce completion rates when guests are moving quickly.
- Testing should cover every persona, not only the happy path for one result.
Tips
- Keep a source sheet with each question, answer option, and intended persona mapping.
- Make every persona feel equally intentional so guests do not feel like one result is the default.
- Confirm what lead fields are required before adding quiz questions.
