Moderate display content
Control which submissions should be visible in public displays, galleries, and shared views.
Displays
Written forModeratorsReview submissions before or during an event when public screens need brand-safe content. When you hide or remove an item, it comes off your public displays too.
Steps
- 1Open the experience and go to Submissions.
- 2Review new submissions as they arrive.
- 3Hide items that should stay in the dashboard but not appear publicly.
- 4Delete only when the submission, media, and attached lead data should be permanently removed.
- 5Open the display in another tab or device to confirm the public view updates.
- 6Keep a staff member assigned to moderation for high-volume events.
What to know
- Moderation behavior can affect displays, recipient sharing, and post-event review. Check the specific display setup before promising real-time public rotation.
- For Live Mosaic, hidden photos leave the wall within seconds. Keep the public wall open while moderating so staff can confirm the photo is gone.
- Prefer hide during live events. It removes content from public screens without deleting the record. See "Hide or delete submissions and leads" for the full guidance on hiding versus deleting.
Tips
- Define approval rules with the client before doors open.
- Use a dedicated moderator device so the device running the microsite can stay focused on guests.
