Get started with AI Stories
Prepare a personalized story flow with guest inputs, narrative tone, delivery, and sharing.
Experiences
Written forCreative and event teamsAI Stories combines guest input with a generated story-style result. Start by defining the story premise and variables guests should provide, then test the full capture, generation, delivery, and sharing flow.
Steps
- 1Open your AI Stories experience, or create a new experience and choose AI Stories. Snapbar usually sets up your first one during onboarding.
- 2Write the story premise, tone, and any required guest inputs before configuring the booth.
- 3Use the Microsite tab to set the welcome copy, lead fields, consent language, and success message.
- 4Story template variables, narration, and prompt behavior are built by Snapbar during your launch review. Have the story you want guests to experience ready when you select Request Launch.
- 5Use Delivery and Sharing to explain what recipients will receive and how they can view or share it.
- 6Run several test submissions with different input combinations to check that the story still reads correctly.

What to know
- AI Stories can depend heavily on the quality of guest-provided words or answers. Keep required inputs simple, event-appropriate, and easy to complete quickly.
- If the story template editor is not visible to your role, send Snapbar the final premise, variables, example answers, and any words or topics to avoid.
- Test more than one input set. A story can work for one answer and feel awkward for another if the template is too narrow.
Tips
- Use a short example answer in staff testing so teams understand what guests should enter.
- Confirm any brand, legal, or sponsor restrictions before launch review.
- Keep success and delivery copy focused on where the guest can find the finished story.
