Get to know our experience types
A rundown of every Snapbar experience and what guests create and receive with each one.
Getting Started
Written forNew usersMost clients talk through their event with our sales team first, and Snapbar sets up your account and usually your first experience during onboarding, so there is nothing you need to pick in the dashboard yet. Use this rundown to get familiar with what each experience does and what guests walk away with.
The experience lineup
- AI Photo Booth lets guests capture a photo and receive a branded, stylized AI image.
- AI Video turns a guest photo into a generated video result, with motion style, processing time, and delivery planned around the event.
- AI Stories combines guest answers with a generated story-style result, personalized by the premise and inputs you define.
- Event Headshots produces professional-looking portraits, with capture guidance, lighting, and delivery tuned so guests easily receive their headshot.
- Digital Photo Booth is the classic capture flow for branded photo outputs, with backgrounds, frames, stickers, and sponsor content.
- Persona Quiz asks guests questions and matches them to a persona, with the booth, data capture, and delivery built around that outcome.
- Trading Cards turns guest captures and custom details into collectible card-style outputs with card artwork, stats, and field labels.
What to know
- Every experience shares the same high-level workflow: configure the booth, test capture, publish changes, collect submissions, and review results. Each one above has a getting-started article with the launch materials, setup checks, and support handoffs that matter most for that format.
- Specialized setup, such as quiz question mapping, output styles, prompts, and overlays, is handled by Snapbar during your launch review. You set up what you can see in the editor, select Request Launch, and the rest is configured for you.
- Live Mosaic is a display type rather than an experience: approved guest photos build a photo-tile wall of a logo or key art on a big screen while the event runs. It pairs with the photo experiences above.
Tips
- Planning a future event? Share the goal and audience with your Snapbar contact and they will recommend the format that fits.
- For sponsorship-heavy events, confirm the output and success screen brand treatment early.
